Welcome to my creative studio, where textiles are given a second life and transformed into unique works of art.
I believe that materials can have more than one purpose. Instead of throwing away forgotten fabrics and textile items, I give them a new life, turning them into original creations that tell stories, celebrate individuality and bring character to everyday spaces.
My work is rooted in responsible consumption, respect for the environment and the belief that handmade objects can be both beautiful and meaningful. I feel it is a shame to discard good materials when they still have the potential to become something unusual and valuable.
Every piece is handmade with care, attention to detail and a strong focus on individuality. Textile portraits, interior letters and art dolls represent three distinct creative directions, united by my love of materials, experimentation and one-of-a-kind objects.
My textile portraits are made entirely from 100% recycled textiles. Previously used fabrics are given a new life, transformed into vibrant, expressive portraits with distinctive colours and textures.
Over several years, I have developed and refined my own artistic technique, born at the intersection of two art forms: WPAP portrait — a style of portrait art known for its expressive geometric shapes and vivid, saturated colours — and the Japanese textile art of Kinusaiga, which uses fabric pieces to create images.
This process has shaped my own approach to creating portraits from photographs, combining colour, texture and textile fragments to capture a recognisable likeness and character. Alongside portraits of people, this technique works beautifully for portraits of beloved pets as well.
Each portrait is made from recycled materials and becomes a unique artwork in which textiles are given a new life.
Interior Letters are another direction in my creative work, made using an original technique I have developed.
These personalised decorative pieces can become distinctive accents in a home, a child's room, a creative space or the setting of a special event.
The finished letters are very lightweight, and their placement depends on their construction. They can be suspended, attached to a wall using adhesive, or placed on the floor.
Letter heights range from 30 to 100 cm. Before production begins, I discuss and agree on every detail with the customer, including height, overall dimensions, thickness, colour scheme and appearance. This ensures that each piece reflects the original idea and suits the space for which it is intended.
My art dolls are handmade exclusively from natural cotton fabrics. Each doll has its own character, mood and appearance, with details finished through hand painting.
The clothing, hairstyle and decorative elements are individually styled and painted according to the customer's wishes. This allows me to create characters with a particular mood, look or concept — from an unusual gift to a meaningful keepsake.
The dolls are available as individual pieces or as themed gift sets. They are perfect for personal collections, original presents and occasions when you want to give something truly special.
For me, textile art is about more than materials and technique. It is about seeing potential where others see something disposable, celebrating individuality and creating objects with a story of their own.
Every piece begins with an idea and develops its unique character through reclaimed materials, original techniques and handmade craftsmanship.
